If DocChase is not right for your firm, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to every paid plan, including early-access plans.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not used the Service in that period. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your next billing date; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email xorjf1027@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Our orders are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, which Paddle honours under its Checkout Buyer Terms.
